I got my candles in yesterday. 4-inch tapers in several colors: white (of course), blue, green, yellow, purple, and orange. Added to that was an order of a couple pendulum pendants (quartz crystal and onyx) with a few more tapers. Those candles melted after being in the mailbox for several hours. Metal mailbox unit plus hot Arizona sun? Not a good mix.
In any event, I was amusing myself with the quartz crystal pendulum, asking all kinds of silly questions and giggling over the answers it gave. The questions I already knew the answers to were answered correctly though that tends to not mean much.
I am very excited to have my candles all prepped and ready to go for Angel and myself! We need some good cleansing and just re-engerizing in general. We need to get Angel a crystal. I think it will help focus her a bit more and protect her better when her emotions get out of control. The near panic attack from Sunday night was enough to almost set me off and I had control. I tried to pull as much off of her as I could but… yeah. I think I would feel more safe with her having some form of protection on or with her at all times (or most times since she’s usually with me anyway).
Sounds weird, right? It’s the empathy. Just something I’ve had to deal with for a very long time. As it turns out, Angel has it as well. I think she could learn a lot in how to focus herself; maybe I can be a guiding force in that.
